What To Expect

The Pre-Visit

Pictures are worth a thousand words. I love when new clients come in with a few saved photos as inspiration for us to review and discuss elements of. You can save these to your phone or your favorite Pinterest Board, no need to send them in advance unless you are unsure which service to choose, simply send me an email or a text and we can go from there. Not sure where to start? Or if the idea of google searching new looks overwhelms, no worries. We can fully discuss and I will pull up visuals to talk through our options when we consult at the beginning of your hair appointment. We wont start anything until we are both sure that we are on the same page.

New Client Appointments are available to give us extra time to get to know each other and fully ensure that we are on the same page before we begin your service. Not quite ready to book your first appointment? An in person consultation is  the perfect solution!  Which you can easily book online also. There is a small fee for this appointment which will be applied to your booked service. 

The Consultation

We wont start anything without thoroughly discussing it first! From ideal maintenance schedules, budgets, future options for change and our general process, we will talk about it all so you feel comfortable and confident before we move forward with the service. While my hairstylist hands are working, we can also discuss aftercare, clean beauty goals and any hair and scalp concerns that you may have. 

After Goodbye

I try not to inundate my clients with outside the hair salon correspondence or forms. I am always available to answer questions as they may come up, just reach out! Some people like to have their next appointment on the schedule before they leave the salon and some people do not have predictability in their schedule to do so and thats okay too! We can book your next visit before you leave or online booking is always an option! As a general rule, I do not allow long term standing appointments so getting into the salon is usually possible within 4-5 weeks depending on your availability, timing of service (longer transformations require more time and may be a couple weeks to book out) and I do have a waitlist that you can always join so you are the first to know about any last minute cancellations or openings that may pop up!
