Competative sliding scale commissions

As a W-2 Commission employee, simply put, the more you make, the more you take home. Rates ranging from 35%-70% offered to established artists or new grads after 1 year of employment.

Hourly wage for new grads

$15/hour or 35% commission for 1 year, then sliding scale after that. Offered to new licensed artists who are just starting out. We can build your book together!

Assisting

As a newly licensed artist, you're hungry for knowledge, and I love to mentor. My goal is to help you learn not only the technicals of our industry, but the business side of it as well. Ive had amazing mentors in my growth process and it was a pivotal part of my journey. I plan to openly share what I have learned over my 16 year career so you too can build a wealthy career in our industry.

Growth Plans

Nothing happens without a plan. Within our first 45 days of working together, we will have a written growth plan with clear, measurable goals to grow and learn from.
